DATES AVAILABLE: Saturday 22nd May & 19th June: 9.30-12.00 / Price: £55 Saturdays 21st August & 11th September: 13.00-15.30 / Price: £55 ABOUT THIS CLASS If you are new to crocheting then this workshop is perfect for you. We have spilt this course over 2 sessions to enable you time to practice your new skills in between. In the first class we will teach how to hold the hook and yarn comfortably, the basic stitches and how to read a simple pattern. In the second class, a couple of weeks later, we will iron out any questions you may have from practicing your stitches at home and together we will make environmentally friendly make up remover pads in an Aran weight cotton, great for yourself or as gifts. THE TOPICS WE AIM TO COVER ARE: Slip Stitch Single, Double and Treble crochets and chain stitch First steps in reading crochet patterns and tackling your first project. MATERIALS NEEDED • A crochet hook and yarn is included in the price of this class. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and delicious cake are included in your lesson.
