DATES AVAILABLE: Saturday 22nd May & 19th June: 13.00-15.30pm / Price: £55.00 Saturdays 21st August & 11th September: 09.30-12.00 / Price £55.00 ABOUT THIS CLASS This fabulous beginner’s knitting class is split over two sessions to give you the benefit of practice time in between. In the first installment you will learn the knitting techniques to enable you to follow a basic pattern. A couple of weeks later, in the second session, we will be trouble shooting any questions you have and teaching you how to make environmentally friendly washcloths and dishcloths in an Aran weight cotton. These cloths are perfect for yourself or as a gift and once you have learnt to make one you will be whipping a batch up in no time! THE TOPICS WE AIM TO COVER ARE: Casting On Garter Stitch Purl Stitch Moss Stitch Casting Off Reading a basic pattern Trouble Shooting MATERIALS INCLUDED: • Knitting needles and yarn is included in the price of this class. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and delicious cake are included in your lesson.
