For those new to needle felting this is the perfect workshop to provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to kick start your new hobby. For those of you who already have experience of needle felting it is a wonderful opportunity to use all the lovely Christmas themed templates and variety of coloured wools available to make your own decorations, whether it be bunting, hanging decs, brooches etc for yourself or as gifts to friends and family. Skills we aim to cover: The principles of dry needle felting How to use the specialised needles correctly and safely Information about all the various wools used to make felted items How to create 2D shapes using a formed template How to apply basic decoration All the materials and specialised needles to make your decorations will be supplied; you will also be able to take your needles home with you. Refreshments – Tea, coffee and delicious cake are included in your lesson.
